Q: What payment methods can I use?

There will be separate shipping fees for orders shipped to multiple addresses.

All www.lovebeadedjewelry.com orders prices will be displayed and charged in U.S Dollars, USD. If you are an International customer, additional credit card fees may apply. Your credit card company may charge a fee for converting payment into USD.

Q: What is your return policy?

Some of our glass beds are thin and fragile and unexpected damage may happen through shipping. If your item arrives defective or broken, we request that you send us pics immediately at info@lovebeadedjewelry.com so we can compare the damage to the pics we take prior to shipping.

I will assure you that we ship with extra care for all items. If we can not remake the item or a similar item for you, we will refund your money 100%. We must receive notification within ten days of receipt. We will accept any unwanted items without a valid reason. Please return all products to the address below.

Priority Mail Express Service arrives 2-4 days after the day of shipment, including Saturdays and holidays. Delivery dates may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service. Priority Mail Express will always require a signature upon delivery.
Priority Mail Service arrives in 3-5 business days after the day of shipment, including Saturdays and excluding holidays. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

Return & Exchanges

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

We happily accept returns and exchanges of regular merchandise returned within forty-five days of the original order date on the invoice. *See below for detailed return policy information for "One of a Kind Jewelry" items.

All product returns must be:

Unaltered in the original product packaging (for example: on the original strand)
Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice
With their original Love Beaded Jewelry label, tag and packaging
We will process your return within five days of receipt.
Please note: We do not accept returns of special order products.
